Summary
My research focuses on statistical genetics, bioinformatics/computational biology, and data mining. I collaborate with both basic biologists and clinicians. Recently, I have been developing statistical and computational methods for analyzing single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and next-generation sequencing data and integrating multiple types of genomic and proteomic data.
