I examine the implementation of innovative and culturally aligned health interventions intended to improve sexual and reproductive health outcomes for young people facing intersecting structural vulnerabilities. My recent work explores the implementation of newly enacted state policies that expand pharmacists’ scope of practice to independently furnish HIV prevention and contraceptive services in California.
