Education
Summary
My background is focused on teaching and health promotion in higher education settings. I teach online public health courses through the School of Public Health's Rothenberger Institute. These undergraduate wellbeing courses focus on individual behavior change through the completion of academic course work, self-reflection, and goal-setting paired with personalized feedback. I also teach Foundations of Public Health, one of the core courses for SPH graduate students. At the national level, I collaborate on projects, practices, policies, and standards to support the health and well-being of college students through the American College Health Association.
