Summary
As the associate director of the Coordinating Centers for Biometric Research, my work focuses on design, implementation, and analysis of clinical research on infectious diseases, with an emphasis on HIV/AIDS and Ebola virus disease (EVD). I also have interests in other chronic diseases such as COPD. I'm currently involved with multiple clinical trials and a cohort study of EVD survivors.

Teaching
Teaching Areas
I teach and advise students in the Biostatistics program. Within the program, I helped design two courses, which I also teach: PubH 8446 Advanced Statistical Genetics and Genomics and PubH 7445 Statistics for Human Genetics and Molecular Biology.
I also teach in the Summer Institute in Biostatistics, which provides undergraduates with a six-week introduction to the field.
