Summary

My research interests are in public health informatics, the impact of information technology in public health practice and population health, adoption and use of standards and trying to measure and understand the impact of interoperability. I am also a practicing public health informatician with the Minnesota Department of Health and am involved with Minnesota e-Health initiatives.
