Summary
My research lies at the intersection of biostatistics and epidemiology. I have developed innovative statistical methods for:
- meta-analysis
- statistical methods accounting for detection limits in biomarker data;
- statistical methods correcting for selection bias, measurement error, and confounding in epidemiology studies
- missing, correlated, and survival data analyses
- innovative Bayesian methods to improve statistical inference in both randomized clinical trials and observational studies
Expertise
Biostatistics, epidemiology methods, Bayesian methods, clinical trials, observational studies, diagnostic medicine, comparative effectiveness research, evidence based medicine.
